"My area code is 650 which is in the San Francisco Bay Area. I received a call from 904-638-5276 several times already. Most of the time, they don't leave a message, but today, April 8, 2015, they did. My answering machine may have missed the beginning of the message, but this is the rest of the message.

"US Treasury intending your serious attention, Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an issue appearance before a magistrate judge, or a grand jury, or a federal criminal offense. My number is 904-638-5276. I repeat 904-638-5276. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you." says an Indian male with a foreign accent. If you have spoken to a lot of Indians, you know that this is bad Indian English."
