Sounds suspiciously like one I got a couple months back and was completely bogus.

So tired of all the crap that comes through the phone. If it wasn't for this type stuff my phone would never ring..."

"They are calling because supposedly I owed wells fargo bank $128 back in 2008 and asked for $900 or so. Said that they are suing me for the amount plus $2500 in legal fees lol."
