"August 8, 2017. My company received a call from this number and they said they were just calling to let us know that our phone bill rates would be lowered. I get numerous calls like this and asked the caller to remove our phone number from their call list and he said that he couldn't he worked in a call center. I asked for the name of his company that I wanted to report the call. He said that he was with TelPlex and wouldn't give me the phone number that I could look at my caller ID. I told him that he was a 3rd party solicitor and not to make any changes to our account. He said that I was misinformed and that they had permission from AT&T and that I was ignorant. Caller ID was 987-654-3210."

"I've had calls probably every other day from this number to my business line and have asked almost every time for them to stop calling. They persist and insist that they have no call list. As far as I am aware we are on every Do Not Call list available. The last time I told them I would be reporting their call and the person said "have fun with that". "Someone claiming they are from Century Link trying to reduce our payments keeps calling our office. Myself and staff members have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list and they hang up. Upon trying to call this number back it doesn't exist. We have several calls a week from this number and we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. we have tried to block the number but that doesn't work either. Please get these telemarketers to STOP its interfering with our business. We have called Century Link and they say it isn't them calling us, they said its competitor companies trying to switch service over to another company and charge extremely high fees? They cant stop them either? well who can?"
