"They called me 4 times yesterday and 3 times today. First time at 7am! When I picked up and asked to introduce themselves, a man with a heavy accent told me that he can't understand me because of my English! He was laughing. I have two Masters degree from American universities. After all he asked me if there is someone with better English. I asked to speak with his supervisor. A lady who was near him ( they were whispering all the time) asked me for Matthew. I told her there is no such a person and I asked again not to call this number. They keep calling me a few weeks already using different numbers and asking for Matthew. When I say there is no Matthew and please not to call they hang up and after an hour they call again. They used different numbers (949)286-3973. I blocked those numbers but I can't block the last number because it is not a real number. What I can do? Where to report harassment??? When I asked for her ID she told me my phone number!!!! They are abusive!"

"The past week this number has been calling me and I finally answer and it just automatically hangs up. They left a voice mail a couple days ago too and its just a ringing sounds. Pretty strange. I called my cell phone provider and blocked outside calls that are not from in the US. Haven't gotten a call yet."
