I freaked out and became almost hysterical since I am fully aware I'm in good standing in terms of credits, I don't owe government any finances, I'm a decent federal employee for 17yrs so what the hell! So i fell for it and gave my social security number and i refused to provide my date of birth then when he asked for my name that's where I just hung up, block the number, tried to do the reverse lookup and eventually to this platform where I could safely vent."
