"I have received frequent and daily calls from this phone number claiming to lower my credit card interest rates. When I answered in the past and asked them to cease and desist they hung up but today I let them ask me a few questions before asking them how they got my name and phone number and how they knew I had a credit card and why they keep calling me. The Indian dialect fellow told me to F-off several times before hanging up. Also they claim to be working with MC and Visa Fraud!"
