"The call is Automated. The call was about an order made with Amazon. I pressed 1 to get a person, as I don't have an Amazon account. The person is using a computer program to talk to you and that is why they are very slow to reply to your questions. I know this because at the end of the call I said thank you and goodbye, and just before I hit the button to end the call I heard the colorful 4 letter word "F#@! you, goodbye."
And a machine will not tell you that it is a machine when you ask if it is a person or a machine. As they answered "Machine.""
