"Called saying I was to receive a summons and gave me a case number. GPD court order to appear for criminal court. I've never been in trouble with the law. Confirmed my address to set an appointment for the summoms to be delivered. Gave me the number to a supposed law firm. I call and am put on hold for what seemed like forever no one returned to the phone so I hung up."

"Left a message with this number to all back saying they tried to deliver court documents to this address; gave a case number saying if I don’t respond legal action will take place. I called that number it is for loss mitigation... uh I have never got a home loan or a mortgage. So obviously it’s a scam. 2132673569 first of all they don’t claim what loss mitigation’s office it is or anything on their voicemail"
