"attempting to sell insurance or testing of some sort with veiled threat that "if you do not act soon medicare may label you as ineligible for coverage"."

"Caller claimed to be Officer Sharon Richardson of the IRS Tax and Criminal Enforement Department. The voice was computer-generated (badly), and asked for no one in particular. It indicated the following:
"I have an arrest warrant in your name ...", "... we have your physical location under surveillance ...", " ... for tax crime charges ... ", "... we will deliver a warrant in your name unless you contact the Tax Crime Department of the IRS at 228-463-4279."
Then it had the nerve to say, "have a blessed day."
Conclusion: IRS SCAM. I've reported this to the Consumer protection bureau and IRS fraud trackers, as well."
