"This person called me as a cold call and had me send them $500.00 for a service to publish an article for The New York Times newspaper and said his name was Marty Swant. He never provided the service, stole my money and is trying to get more money from me. He didn't keep his agreement and said he won't give my money back and scammed me doing nothing. He is a scammer and fraud and steals money from unsuspecting clients he offers to do business with. He said he works for Forbes magazine as an editor."
