"Spoke to Mike Davis who said I had an outstanding bill and how did I want to pay for it. I advised him that this bill was already paid and it's already off of my credit. He said I had to prove it to them. At this point a lost my cool, told him in a very unpleasant way to remove me from their list. I reported this call to my loan company who confirmed and reported on their end as well."
