"As with other reporters: received a call (female voice) referencing a credit card account and said they've "tried to repeatedly reach you" in connection with reducing "credit-card debt", threatened "to close the file", and then said that one had to have "at least $1000" on overdue credit-card payments. It's obviously a scam."
