"...notice that the IRS is filing...blah and so forth... this is the second call today that was obviously goofy "CELLULLAR CALL" id.
First call was from "CALLER NOT FOUND" id. They were from the Treasury something... moderate accent I think this is sort of goofy but a real PITA!, for sure... I usually don't answer non-id calls but I may now, just to see what crapus I can get."
