"Caller ID said Antonio B. A lady called our business saying that our service will be disconnected today. When I asked for the name of the account holder, she took forever to pull up something and it wasn't our business name. I asked for more information as we do not even have a GA power account and the minute I did, she hung up on me. I called back and the call goes to a cellphone voicemail."

"Received the same call, twice. I ask for more detail information like the amount owed, they could not provide it."

"It’s a scam. Caller ID said Antonio B. Man with heavy accent called our business saying that our service will be disconnected in the next hour. I gave my manager the line and I told her the call seemed sketchy. She asked him for the address that this is connected to and he actually gave her our address.

When she confronted him and said that our online account says nothing about a disconnection notice, he then hung up on her."

"Caller stated they were from GA Power and our company needed to call the billing department as soon as possible to avoid disconnection. Gave "billing dept" number 1-855-502-4687. I called the number as I knew it was a scam. Recording sounded very similar to GA Power Business line. I was connected to a technician who was very nervous over the phone. He figured out I knew it was a scam and hung up on me."
