"Caller sounding Indian; saying update just made with internet connection through my provider. Caller ID not matching this info (name of provider). Caller asking me to check modem. I told the caller he was a scammer as the caller ID didn't match, he rudely started interrupting me and talking louder. I told the caller that was bad customer service to over talk a customer regardless of who called whom. Caller hung up."
