"Left a 16 second garbled voicemail about how I'm still eligible for a home roofing program. They don't even say who they are supposed to be. You're directed to call (714) 694-7603, then they repeat the number. They call and call from different numbers, usually this area code. I just got one a couple of days ago from the same area code and prefix, and it was flagged as "spam risk". Some kind of phishing scam I bet. The ID said "Gardena, CA.""
