"called with recording and pressed 1 to get live operator. I could tell once connected the so called operators in background was over modulated and just a recording pretending to be real. It was just that for 10 seconds. I said I couldn't hear a word you are saying. Then a real person came on and said it was all in your head. I said that wasn't a nice way to talk to someone. Then I said I am on a "do not call list" and you could be getting a big penalty. They immediately hung up."
