"Pretended to be Samantha from Pioneer. And that my boss had called her so she didn't need to give me her number. I told her I could hear the dozens of people in the background scamming other people. She got very irate and said that she was not going to listen to me talking like that to her (how ironic eh?). I asked to be removed from her call list and she told me that wasn't going to happen. I told her that she wouldn't be hearing from us again and she promised to call everyday until I let her talk to my boss. How do you stop these people?"

"The lady I spoke to identified them as Pioneer and that they were a manufacturing company and wanted to speak to the manager. Well, I know people like this.... so I put them on hold for a few and came back to let her know I could get her information and hand it to the manager if they were interested. She said "does that mean he isnt available" and I said "would you like to leave your number?" She asked me again and I told her the same, which resulted in her asking me why I couldnt answer her question. I told her that was a great question that she should refer herself back to my question.

Anyhow, she got mad.... said she was going to tell my boss, I told her thanks and have a fabulous day. Super mean and cranky woman failed this time!!"
