"Call came to my mobile cell from Mexico.. Called #1 cried “Mom” several times and said “it’s me”. Caller #2 stated’this is a kidnapping. We have your daughter and if you Ever want to see her alive again listen to what I am saying. Sheriff said a scam requesting money be wired to an an account right away that is immediately closed after wire received.. Sheriff requested that a report be filed withFederal Commission Agency (FCA) as i is a FBI federal jurisdiction when outside US borders."
