And UNBELIEVABLY both times the humans that spoke to me just ATTEMPTED to KEEP the talking like I NEVER said a WORD to them!!! So I ACTUALLY had to get very LOUD and insistent about the issue!!! Then last night after telling the human at spin I HAVE TOLD YOU PREVIOUSLY HEM TO CONTACT ME OR MY PHYSICIAN EVER !!! SHE FINALLY just hung up on me!!!"
