"I got the same message so I called back. They tried to get my SSN right away after repeating basically what was on the voice mail. I confirmed my phone number since they obviously already had it and my full name. He finally went into some story about fraudulent activity in Texas using my SSN. He went as far as to say it was used to rent a car. The car was found by police idling on the side of the road. Inside the car they found fresh blood and kilos of cocaine. He said I need to cooperate with them so as to not be arrested. I chuckled a little and he said if you think this is a scam than hang up and get arrested. I hung up at this point. No joke I can't believe he went so far into detail about a crime scene. Never had anything like this before."
