"Automated call talks about that Visa can lower our interest rates if we talk to a representative by pressing 1.When I get a representative and tell him we already don't pay interest he hangs up. Another time I ask for his supervisor he hangs up. Another time I asked to be taken off the calling list he make a rude remark and hung up. Visa customer service said they don't make calls like that.When I called back to talk to a supervisor they wouldn't accept my call."
