"Scary call, because they did not give their name, state their business and did not give their reason for calling. From past experience, people who acted in this manner impersonated the IRS with a scam or it was my abusive ex-son-in-law trying to put me in the middle of his dispute with my daughter. So now, I just ignore the phone call figuring he's high on something and I need to stay out of it. He also uses a professional tone demanding I call him, to trick me into calling him, without identifying himself, which I find a form of trying to terrify us. This is not good phone manners. Whomever it is, they are ill-mannered. No, if they can't tell me who they are, I am not calling them back.
They did not identify themselves, acted "too bossy and familiar" with me, and they did not say what the call was about. I am not used to being disrespected in this manner by a young person. They need to learn manners."
