"Calls multiple time and rings only ONCE. Blocked as I don't know this number and it could be a 1-RING SCAM."

"Receive calls from this number and/or variations several times throughout the day. The number called is a State governed University Business line. Caller leaves no message but continues to call even after requesting that they discontinue calling. In addition to adding this number to the National Do Not Call List to no avail. The time it takes to address these calls and numbers takes away from actual University/College business concerns."
