"Robo call came from a local #. Put me through to a man in India which I clicked #1 to speak to a person. It was the "lower your credit card interest" scam. He yelled at me and told me to shut up when I told him I was on the do-not-call list. Very persistent. Very rude. And the FTC refused my complaint b/c they thought I had entered my OWN # as the incoming caller's #. So the scammer got past the FTC."
