"A woman called from this number stating she needed to speak with my father, who was just discharged from the hospital. She said she was from Honda Underwriting. I explained my father had just been released from the hospital and was asleep but I could take a message.

She instantly became rude, aggressive, refused to give her name or that of her supervisor. She asserted that he had been sent a letter 90 days ago saying his loan was in default. She became quite confrontational and ultimately ended up hanging up on me.

Their vehicle has been paid off for years and was not ever financed through Honda."
