"same as the others, said he was Albert with Tech Support America representing Microsoft. had me on a call list to help with my computer error messages. kept him on the phone for 20 mins (I love doing that) until he said I was not cooperating and that he was telling Microsoft, would be sending me an email and in 30 minutes he was turning off my computer so I could no longer use it! lol!"
