"I received a threatening voicemail from this number: "ignoring this message will be an additional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is (716) 210-8465. Do not disregard this message. If you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds."

I called the number back and the guy claimed to be Gavin Peterson but was clearly Indian. He said he was a representative of the legal department from the US Tsy Dept. He asked for no personal information and gave me a case #. Then asked if I knew what year it was in regards to and I said yes and asked him if he did. He immediately said "I will dispatch law enforcement, good luck.""
