"they would offer me a 0 interest credit card to pay off my outstanding high interest credit cards, but in order to get the 0 i would have to pay them $1980 to do so. That was understood but they also said that the 0 interest was for life of the debt to pay it down, once they took all my info, they then said it was only for 14 mos. and i would need to call them back and extend it if i made all my payments on time. The contract all was giving them rights to negotiate my debt down and that it could affect my credit score. They lied, they said it was just a balance transfer, not a debt consolidation. It is in fact, and I did not sign nor authorize with my signature to have them do anything."

"Received robocall to reduce interest to 0. spoke with three people (two sounding Indian and the financial manager - required upfront $ which was the "interest amount I would have been paying for next year" therefore saving money in interest in the long run. I asked company name - was told they are licensed under Card Services (no direct answer). The financial manager (not very polite) said every 15 months review of payments to stay with 0. Only after I hung up did I research and find that this was a questionable outfit."

"I went through the process of finding out what they were offereing/wanted. Wanted my credit card info... kind of cards, number, exp date and balances. Told me they represented my banks. I proceded to ask for their ID info which they avoiced; they finally gave me a company name and I hung up. They called me back seven times.
They just called me back, I told them that they are a scam and to not call me and they told me that they will be calling me!!! Hung up once more and they called again. So, the law can't get any more violated than this."
