"Claims to be an attorney confirming a prior call was from a grandson in jail out of state and needing $7,500 to get out of trouble! Targeting elderly people!"

"This call was preceded by a call from "grandson" Brian setting up the scam with the lawyer to call me back. Brians was the typical -involved in a car accident, had stitches & broken nose, followed by an arrest and needing help but to tell no one about this. The number called from - 404-342-6754 Atlanta, GA. when the "lawyer" called it was from a spoofed 171-282-8643. I answered and he called me by name which was not given to the "grandson". He asked if the situation had been explained to me and I said I wasn't sure...and he hung up."
