"Like the other people stating on this forum, I received a suspicious phone call that claimed I owed money for blood work that was done. It's a bunch of BS because I had full coverage health insurance at the time and any outstanding bills would have been given to me via my health care provider. Wow, people think of new scams everyday."

"Received a call on morning of 9/15/23 by a collection agency reporting that I owed a bill for diagnostic lab work/blood work performed that was never paid. Alliance Labs, was the name she used. I said I had no such bills for outstanding blood work. I work for a large regional health system and any lab work I had done would be billed by my employer. Before hanging up, she said "OK, if you refuse to pay then you will be sued" and hung up."
