"A Matt Hall who stated he was from Mercury Insurance from the number 833-274-8897 called my elderly mother regarding a supposed accident and letter he mailed her which she never got. I tried calling the number it never identifies itself as a company and I got his voicemail and no identifying method except for his name. His voicemail also referred me to his Supervisor Tracy Shoneberg at 888-999-1365. I called Mercury Insurance claims dept and no information was found (we don't have them as our auto insurance) and they had NO idea who this was (they also called the number and got the same thing I did) and were going to report it."
