"This company is abusive"

"I am getting daily robocalls from "Spark Energy," an energy supplier in Southeastern PA. Although they are a legitimate company, and previously I was their customer, I am not currently their customer, and this is a pure sales call. There is no reason for them to be robocalling me every day. I've blocked the number but it still leaves a voicemail."
