"I got a call from these folks claiming that I was due a $ 399.00 refund from Microsoft. So I called them. I asked if they were Microsoft, I didn't get a straight answer. They suggested that I go to my computer so they could refund me the money. They started to give me instructions that looked dangerous. I would have connected to a an unknown site. So I hung up on them."

"I got a phone call on February 4. They said a company was going out of business and I was due a refund. I think it is a trick to get your bank account number and/or credit card details. I got a very similar call a few months ago. Please do not be fooled by it."
