"Left several messages stating it was the social security administration with an urgent message. It’s an obvious scam, so I called the # for ***** s & giggles and when they picked up you could tell it was a large call center as you could here background noise. The guy who answered did not identify himself or where I was calling. I stated that I had received several messages from this # asking for a call back he asked for an account # I said I did not have one he then asked what time I had received the call I told him 8:55am. I then asked what this was in regards to and he told me not to worry he’d let me know everything once he verified my information(lol), I asked who he was and where was I calling he responded “ department of social security administration(lol), and that he was Agent Mark Cunningham I asked him to repeat his name and he said Officer Mark Cunningham badge # SSA538800021. Again I asked what the call was in regards to and he asked if I had been contacted by my local police department about “a case”, I asked some other questions that clearly made “Mark” nervous/ suspicious of me and at that point the call went silent. Personally I really enjoy fing with these clowns as their scams are so transparent. Lastly Mr. Cunningham had a very thick middle eastern accent, this isn’t the first time I’ve heard this dialect a few months ago “Chase bank” called trying to get me to give them my credit card # that was a fun one too since the woman “Mary Jones”, couldn’t tell me which credit card she was referring to just that it was a MasterCard and that Chase owned MasterCard completely so any account # would do and that they’d give me a lower interest rate. Mary gave up too when I got her all tripped up with my questions."
