"Got a call from these ppl stating I owed BOFA 49k and that they will be suing me and taking me to court and if I didn’t show up to court they’d garnish my wages. The scary thing is they knew my social security number. So I asked them who are they to which a girl named Jessica replies that they are a litigation firm. I asked them their company name which she said CRC and she wouldn’t give me a address or where their located out of. Definitely a scam!"

"Same as above but when I called back rep asked for ssn but before I could answer had all 9 digits. Claim there was a civil litigation against me for a default account British Patroleum and it would be processed on the 10th and the court date date would be months later. I told the nut that I was not nor ever default on a BP account and I didn’t appreciate the threats of contacting my hr department or payroll dept because I was self employed and not to ever call me again. The incoming number was a Indiana number which I called and it had been disconnected. I was instructed to call 844-793-1304 and hung up the phone."

They asked me if I was Regina Brown. When I said they have the wrong number they told me they were going to take me off your calling list. This is the third time they’ve called me for a Regina Brown. I don’t know if they are a collection agency or not. I just know I don’t know any money to anyone."
