"Claiming they are a debt collector but I can't find any info on the company CGEP and when I call the number provided on my emailed "statement" or payment agreement, it doesn't ring it just places you on hold for over a minute w music and then you get to a recording that says person is on the phone and then that their voicemail is full and can't receive any more at this time then hangs up! Need to find out if this is a scam!"
