"Received a call identified as Optumrx, out preion plan and returned the call. The person answered the phone with "hello", no identification as to who I was calling and I asked who I was calling and they said Optumrx. They asked my name and I replied, but then they asked my birthdate and I was not comfortable with that. I said they had not answered the phone with a company name and how would I know who I was calling. I hung up.I called Optumrx and they said they had not called me."
