I did call them back as they called me on my business phone number, and right after the one ring, it hung up on me. I know that it was not from me hitting the button to hang up as I had put my phone on speaker.
I am a Notary Public in San Joaquin County, California, and I will make a point of checking for warnings on calls that I get that don't even leave a message before I call them back, on here and one other site for checking these calls for now on. As on the White page site already has this phone # flaged as a high risk call."
