"Same message that others are reporting. Identifies himself as a "legal representative" but does not identify what firm he works for or who his "client" is. He refers to a file number but the call mysteriously cuts off right before he says what it is."

"Called and left a voicemail that started out mid sentence. "....legal representative, you need to contact my office immediately at 866-996-5855. If we do not hear from you, I will recommend to my client to file out a direct refusal to comply and will move forward with the asset retention investigation. You can refer to file number ....." and then it cuts off.

Google search for '866-996-5855' shows that other ppl have reported different stories/scams.
