"This number is a scam from a bunch of low lifes that will never amount to anything in life. They claim to be a loved one calling from jail..just long enough to intrude on your day. Soon they will be answering to their huge intrusions and they will get whats coming to them."

"The same number has called me 11 times so far just tonight (in the last 15 minutes) and the line is still ringing!"

"The number 866 516-0115 has called me 4 times in a row Saturday at 8pm, leaving 3 messages, then again 8 times in a row on Mon at 10pm leaving an entire 8 messages. The message is always automated and repeats:
"This call is subject to recording and monitoring. Press 1 to accept this call. To deny this call press 2. Press 4 for charges remaining to this call."
It never identifies what sort of call I would be "accepting", any purpose of the call, or even who the caller is supposed to be.

I myself have never answered it, but Upon google searching the number I see that others have reported that this number claims to be either jails or sheriff's offices everywhere from Santa Cruz CA to New York and then asks for credit/debit card information to continue.
I know no one who would be in jail and seriously doubt this call to be legit."
