"Yep these people called my DAd, my sister, and my neighbor 2 doors down looking for me leaving the same message. He was Brandon calling regarding a civil complaint in (my county). Please call 866-912-5349 reference # 347649. They called 3 people looking for me but don't have my number? Ha. Oh, at the end of the call, instead of saying "thank you" he said "God Bless". Knew it was a scam after hearing that cuz litigation depts don't end a call like that!"

Then proceeded when I said send me something in the mail there are a lot of scams out there they said I should start paying my bills and I wouldn't have this problem.

November 7, 2019 I didn't answer due to not recognizing the # so the (S.O.B.) called my mother who is in her 70s to tell her they're looking for me & legal action is going to be taken. I called them to see what the problem was. A woman supposedly named Avery said that I owe a bank cc debt from 2010 & she needed to collect or continue with legal procedures. ATTENTION: they speak good English with quick responding answers to sound legit. NO ACCENTS LIKE PREVIOUS SCAM CALLERS. They also knew personal information such as S.S.# and previous addresses.

I had explained that this debt was not mine so she quickly responded with legal threats and my private information as proof that it's my debt. Also, with her persistency she then told me that she used to be a nurse and had a stroke w/ a newborn baby and a three-year-old so she understands hard times. (Crock of ).

In the last 24 hours I have contacted the real Bank, proven false accusation, and have found countless reports of these calling crooks with Edmunds and associates # 866-912-5349 & possible other numbers and names. Do a little research before you start giving people your money and thank you to those of you who post & assisted with proving this scam."

"Got a call saying they were filling a civil suit and would put a lien against my house and car if I didn’t pay $780 for a Belk charge card from 2002 ...I never had a Belk charge card...then they said it might be a Lowes charge card, which I never had.
I called them today to get some info about them and the girl would not give me their address at first but had my FULL SS#, that bothers me. She said the full name of the company was Sawyer Edmonds and Assoc and we’re located in Ontario California.
The call came in as unknown
I ask them to send me the info of when account was opened and purchases made, said I could get that in court. Also said this should show up on my credit report, checked and there is nothing on my report.
They said they were sending me a letter with the creditors info in it and I could call them and get the info I wanted. Can’t wait to see if it comes in the next 5 to 10 days."

"Scam call, now they are calling my mom. WTF, I called them. They are claiming I owe $3k for a $125 cc I paid off and closed 11 years ago with capital one. So they somehow get information, and say you owe. Try to scare you into paying by saying you committed fraud, and they are pursuing a lawsuit.
Where they ***** ed up, was the guy is reading from a doc or something, called twice but used two different company names.
