"I got the same call her last name was Diaz and file number she said she a third party waiting to deliver. Somebody sues there going serve u not give u head up set time to deliver papers"

"NO CALLER ID-so I was suspicious right away. I let it go to voice mail. She did sound official about a civil lawsuit in San Mateo county. Never lived, worked, worshipped, nor do I have any friends or family there. These scammers are becoming creative."

"PRIVATE NUMBER CALLED. Said there was civil complaint against me & several documents had been returned from my prior address as undeliverable. (I moved 4 months ago) She really sounded like a court clerk or something. Very convincing. Asked if I was aware of case being filed, I said no. She then gave me this number, said 4me to talk to them, she didn't want to send server out of I didnt know about it. Documents on hold. Have me a case number stArting with TX, I am in Texas. But the 866 number made me suspicious."
