"I looked up a number for Epsion workforce printer A web site that said Epsion gave a number of 877-588-3788 The guy answered ( was a foreigner ) loged on my computer he said that there was about five virus that were stopping the down load for my printer wanted 250.00 to fix it I started asking questions because he said that epsion doesn't charge for tech support but called me back 3 times while he fixed the printer told me to wait for a call called back from a unknown number Asked him why it was unknown he hung up called back from same number that was represented by Epsion asked if he represented Epsion company three time he stated yes the fourth time he changed the story looked up Epsion company again got the real Epsion company she stated that they don't get on customers computers"

They attempted to get $449.00 for technical support for my $400 Brother printer. The person said my printer drivers had been "stopped" by a virus, and for $449 dollars they would remote into my computer and "fix it for me.""
