"Would call you about an account that has been placed on a bankruptcy and then talk with legal jargon which is illegal with the CFPB. then when they notice that it is on a BK they say that they will stop calling or broke ass. This is a corrupt entity. Call the cfpb on them but get as much information you can from them."

"caller stated that they had a packet to deliver regarding legal proceedings. However, they could not give any specific information, they were NOT a legal process server and they were asking for a deceased relative! The caller id indicated it was a robo caller. They have now called twice and gave different stories each time. The second call they said it was about wage garnishment (yes, of a deceased person who hasn't worked in 20 years)"
