"they called me 4 times in two days saying it was a legal matter... they also called my nephews phone looking for me and my brothers. i called back and they wanted my s.s.n. and my d.o.b. when i wouldn't give them the info they wanted the call ended. scammer for sure!!!"

"Called my home phone and my cell phone looking for my wife. I called them back and they said it was a legal matter and would not tell me what company or law form they where with only that they are in n california. I told her to serve papers"

"they stated to be a litigation processor and said i had an acct at wells fargo from 2009 and it was closed out in 2012. first if i did have an acct with my ex hubby it was closed in our divorce in 2010. claimed i owed 2039.00...ummmm nope!!!SCAMMERS!!!"

"Claimed to be a process server. He claimed to have SS and DOB and wanted me to "verify it." Told him if he is indeed a process server to come deliver it here. If he really is legal I would talk to him but if he is fake be armed because I will handle scammers in my property. He hung up."
