"I'm an experienced process server. A real process server is NOT going to call you with this nonsense. No one needs your consent to file a legal action against you, you just file it and have the sheriff serve you or a registered/appointed process server! You have to be physically served in person for "most" cases filed against you. on 10/4/19 I received a voicemail from caller id: Unknown. The message was not a robocall. Said her name was Sophia Carson and that the message was for MY HUSBAND not me and that they received a complaint forwarded to their office. Said to call the firm at 18882121665 and gave a file #. Said must call within 24hrs or "possible pending action filed against you"."
