"This is a scam. They first called a month ago calling themselves JAT Consulting now they call themselves Rosenburg & Assoc. When you ask them to stop calling they threaten you with a lawsuit. When you tell them you know this is a scam they still keep calling. I told them I had contacted the police and Samuel stated let's do it together. I just hung up. Now I'm getting anonymous calls."

"This is a scam....an old debt collections attempt. They call with a claim that legal actions are pending, and they are trying to serve papers. What they aren't doing is advising when they call that they are attempting to collect a debt, you don't get that until you call back. I've reported to the SC AG."

"I got this call a couple days in a row, restricted, leaving me some statement about how they've tried to serve me at my address (but the address they gave I haven't lived at in over 5 years), and I have not responded to the complaint against me. I searched myself on our court case website, but there's nothing listed against me. They don't show the number that is calling (bogus) and claim they're with some Rosenberg and Associates. They started calling my roommate to reach ME but also doing from the restricted number, etc. Pretty sure this is a scam."

"I received the same call yesterday as Paul. Caller said they’ve been trying to summon me and wanted me to give them money for an old debt from 1993 that was paid in full. Also said they were from Rosenberg and Associates. Tried to get some personal information and I wouldn’t oblige. Seemed fishy and my husband told me to hang up."
