"They wanted me to give them access to my computer before showing me which icon on my desk top they were associated with, saying it was Microsoft. When I mentioned that mcafree was telling me that the website they were taking me to said it was very risky, the supposed representative Robert wells said that because we as Microsoft programmed your computer to say that. I told him to just do the refund then, he said he was going to run a scan, I told him no just refund them he tried downloading what he said was a new software to protect my computer, I told him I had had enough in the beginning of the download and shut my computer down, that when he started shouting “what are you doing, what are you doing?” I replied with “ it’s too suspicious for my liking” his reply was “ fine... you don’t want your refund then we will keep it” at that point I just hung up."
