"A voice message was left on my answering machine saying that I had a refund due to me & to return their call. They said that I had a $250.00 refund for a computer program that crashed. Then they wanted me to go online and push the Windows key & the letter "r" at the same time. I hung up at this point because I became suspicious of what the call was about. They have called me back 5-10 times in a row but I have not answered."
